After 12 months: Please contact FELCO directly for warranty support.

Lifetime Warranty

Forged aluminum handles carry a lifetime warranty against defects.

What’s Not Covered

• Consumable parts such as blades, springs, counter-blades, and shock absorbers
• Non-slip handle coverings and cosmetic finishes
• Damage caused by misuse, poor maintenance, or unauthorised repairs
• Consumable parts and accessories

Full warranty terms are available directly from FELCO. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Niwaki Warranty

All Niwaki products come with a 2-year warranty against defects. This excludes normal wear and tear or damage from misuse.

Within the first 12 months - if you have an issue, email us photos and a brief description. Contact us here.

If problems arise after the initial 12 months or after the warranty has ended, contact Niwaki directly and they will do their best to help. Contact Niwaki here.
